Just finished going round and round with rainbow customer service (should be called customer non service). My family happily paid over $4000 for a rainbow castle model only 3 years ago.

Since then all of the yellow handles have gotten sticky and turned black (not covered under warranty?), the ropes for climbing and holding on have gotten brittle to the point they literally get crumble and get stuck in my children's hands (not covered?), the bolts have all begun to rust (not covered?) and finally the wood touching the ground has rotted (also not covered.. told me i haven't taken care of the set properly?) Bottom line, nothing is really covered by the bogus lifetime warranty. Very disappointed with quality and more disappointed because they took advantage of us.

All that was said when purchasing was lifetime warranty, lifetime warranty!.. left out the part that the warranty covers nothing.

Hi! We do cover parts under warranty as long as the swing set has been taken care of.

Also, the accessories and hardware only have a 3 or 5 year warranty depending on the model of your swing set. This may be the reason why these items were denied.
