We have maintained our very expensive set yet it has literally rotted away and after 6 months over 50 emails 3 different sets of photos and numerous phone calls they have refused to warranty anything. they have deprived 2 disabled children of their playset and couldn't care less.

Never believe you have any sort of warranty on this equipment, unless you are prepared to dismantle and treat every inch of the wood every 6 months as its the joints that rot however careful you are.

A complete rip off and a company who couldn't care less about its products or its customer service. ( the dealer however has been helpful, but warranties are out of his hands, its the company that have no morals)

Rainbow Play Systems warranty doesn't offer warranty on equipment subjected to abuse, negligence, etc. as stated in our warranty.

Failure to maintain your swing set falls under negligence. We recommend staining your swing set every 12-18 months.

We have been told that your swing set has been maintained 4 times in the last 15 years and it appears to have been neglected. Thanks!
