I am very happy to say that Rainbow Play System Management is working with me to resolve the situation. A special shout out to Maricela in NJ who is a gem of a person and worked hard to help me.
. I wish i could meet her in person.
And also a thank you to Mitch from the Boise Store. I really do love our Rainbow Playset and am grateful that we were finally able to communicate with the proper people to get it resolved,

I am very disappointed. We are unable to get Rainbow Play systems to Warranty the slide on our very expensive King Kong Playset.
This is the second time it has cracked. The first time the slide cracked we had it replaced and also payed extra to buy a new support base for it just in case that would help. We had to buy the shipping costs for that as well which were very high. We thought our system was registered with the corporate office as we had always been able to call our local dealership and they had record of our purchase.
. Now we are told that because the local dealership went out of business there is no record of our purchase and it is up to us to prove we purchased the set. It was purchased 10 years ago and we cannot find the receipt . We have been told by dealership owners that this particular straight slide has cracked on a regular basis and is a flawed design.
The company has changed the design. Based on that I thought that Rainbow would want to protect themselves from liability by replacing our slide with the updated and safer model.
They just keep telling us that we have to prove we bought it. I am considering legal action based on the fact that the slide design was faulty.
