- That they will not honor the warranty when you make a claim

We have two Rainbow Play Systems. Even after following the recommendations on staining the wood it rots from within the wood. I am not sure if it the kind of wood they claim it to be nor do I think it was ever really treated as they claim.. Big, big disappointment!...Read more
